Important Shipping Details

• Bitefuel only ships within United States and Canada
• Bitefuel Offers a Flatrate Shipping option on all orders based on amount spent per order.  Shipping costs will vary and are displayed at checkout based on weight, location and items ordered.  
• We may from time to time offer Free shipping during special promotions.  During Promotional "FREE Shipping" offers note that it is US Only standard shipping up to $10 in shipping costs.  
• Bitefuel is not responsible for fees & or duties after going through Customs (Canada).
• If an item is damaged in shipping we request that you send us pictures of the damage item and the box.  If items are broken, damaged because of shipping we will access on a case by case basis and determine is replacement is necessary.
• Shipping Rates are calculated after coupons/discounts.
• Please allow 1-3 days for processing orders
• Shipping Types and Timeframe:  Express Shipments 1 Day,  Expedited is 2 days, Ground 3-6 days (US Shipments Only), Canada shipments will take longer to deliver and varies depending on shipping company used.
• We do ship to APO/FPO Addresses as well
• If you are shipping to Puerto Rico, higher rates may apply.
• Coupon Codes can not be applied to previously placed orders.

Lost Or Stalled Shipments:

If your package is stalled or lost in transit, you may contact support@bitefuel.com to request a replacement or refund if:

• 7 business days lapse between tracking scans on Domestic shipments
• 20 business days lapse between tracking scans on International shipments
• (and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.)

If your tracking status was updated to "Delivered," but you can not find the package, contact support@bitefuel.com to request a replacement:

• 7 days have passed after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.

Discounts & Shipping

• Shipping discounts will not be applied after the order is placed.
