For any problems or concerns with purchase of our supplements, shakes or bars, contact our 5 Star customer service within 60 days of your order and we will resolve your issue as quickly as possible or refund your product less shipping. If product is unopened it must be returned prior to a refund and with the safety seal unaltered. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Digital programs are eligible for a refund if the request is sent to our customer service team before the program ends.
Please be sure to include your contact information, order number and the product name you would like a refund for, so we may process your request as quickly as possible.
