Our policy is pretty simple Happiness 60 day Guarantee.  We encourage you to try our products for 60 days and during that 60 days if you are not satisfied with our products, simply reachout to our exceptional customer support and lets us make it right by either refunding  your product or you can exchange it for another one of our products.  We believe in taking care of our customers and we want you to be happy with our quality of our products.  Refunds are issues by us and our the sole descretion of our support team.



After The 60 Days

If 60+ days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.  However reach out to our customer support team and see if there is anything they can do to make things right.


Digital Educational Programs

Downloadable software products or anyting purchased in our educational mobile app.   You can reach out to our customer support team if you are unsatisified with any of our educational programs we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a e-giftcard will be emailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver as they were the ones who paid for it originally.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
